You got a foot? You got a gym! The tension band lets you complete a workout in the office, on a plane, or anywhere else your heart desires. Adjust the foot strap to match your height and desired resistance level, giving you a tailored workout every time.

Worried you'll train legs? Attach the tension band to a secure anchor point and use it as normal.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Delivery is available Australia-wide. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

We work with Australia Post. Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders above $100.

Standard Post: 2-6 Business Days $10 flat rate

Express Post: 1-3 Business Days $15 Flat rate

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tensiongrips.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
